Chef Adrian

Adrian Faison is an Executive Chef with over 16 years of culinary experience in driving strategic menu creations with guest engagement. As a dynamic leader, he has spearheaded many menus that have propelled brands into the spotlight. His innovative strategies have led to a profound increase in revenue for his previous company. Born and raised on a small farm in Cofield, North Carolina, Adrian gained an early interest in culinary at a young age. His grandmother, mother, and father contributed to him to pursue his culinary journey. His grandmother and uncle from the navy taught him how cook by the age of 9 years old. At the age of 19 his culinary journey started by attending Wake Tech Community College for 1 year. Later, while attending Wake Tech Community College, he transferred to Johnson & Wales University in Charlotte, North Carolina wear he was offered an externship at Disney World in Orlando, Florida. After 2 years at Johnson & Wales, he transferred to Harrison College also known as The Chefs Academy in Morrisville, North Carolina. He graduated with an associate degree in culinary arts with honors. Adrian’s creative vision and spicy culinary knowledge is looking to bring a fresh and impactful flare to Hyatt.
